Job Summary:
As a part-time retail staff member at our Rushmere store, you will be an essential part of our team, providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales and maintaining the stores appearance. you will ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience and help the store achieve its sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
Sales Assistance:
Assist customers with purchase and ensure smooth transaction processes.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store sales goals.
Promote and upsell products to enhance customer purchases.
Store Maintenance:
Ensure the store is clean, organized and visually appealing.
Assist with merchandising and product displays according to company guidelines.
Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves as needed.
Team Collaboration:
Work effectively as part of the store team to achieve collective goals.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
