We are delighted to be partnering with Shopmobility, to launch our mobility scooters. To hire a mobility scooter, free of charge, for your Rushmere experience, please speak to our wonderful Guest Services Team.

What is Shopmobility Rushmere?

Anyone of any age can apply to use our new mobility scooters, if you have trouble walking because of injury (even temporary), physical disability or a medical condition.

Please note, our new service is not only for elderly individuals or people with chronic disabilities. It provides support for those restricted by temporary illness or injury, or perhaps you just find walking longer distances difficult. Whatever your need, we are ready to help you access our shops and facilities with appropriate mobility equipment

Application forms to become a member of our Shopmobility Scheme can be collected from and returned to our Guest Services Desk

Do we provide Training?

Yes, first time users will be required to complete a brief training session covering how to use the equipment and familiarisation of where they can be used. Our Customer Care Team will be ready and available to provide this training session for you.

When and where can I use Shopmobility Rushmere?

The scooters can be collected at our Guest Services Desk and must be dropped off at our Guest Services Desk again when you are finished using them

Our mobility scooters can only be used within our property and must not be taken onto the public roads or footpaths. The permissible area for their use is inside our shopping centre and the pathways around our Retail Park.
